in the semi-basement, balconies and sun terraces on the roof.
The semi-basement area contains large store rooms,
measuring between 6 and 13 m2. The front store rooms
have windows overlooking the street, while the back ones have
skylights, thereby enjoying natural light.
The 1st- and 2nd-storey flats have 8?9 m2 balconies.
From the 3rd storey upwards, each flat has a roof sun
terrace measuring 16 m2, with a barbecue, water supply, electricity
and drainage, with magnificent views.
Each flat contains a kitchen/dining room, a main bedroom,
a second bedroom and a bathroom.
The kitchen/dining room is at the front of the building,
which faces east. The front consists almost entirely of a
glazed enclosure, which gives the homes excellent natural
lighting. Facing east will also minimise the need for
heating in winter, which will be supplied to the whole flat
by a hot/cold pump. This system will also guarantee pleasant
temperatures during the hottest months of the year.
